A $100 bond is required on all linen and chair covers and ties as ties are constantly being souvinered (this is returned in full when all linen is returned and chair ties are counted).

Things you need to know
All hired items delivered by us to be left at the function centre to be picked up, anything lost or souvenired will mean 50% loss of deposit.
If you have hired and picked up items they must be returned by 12 noon next working day.
Sorry if this causes any inconvenience, as this has been bought about by the frequent none return of articles.
Please also be aware all candles must be on or in containers, as candle wax on satin and linen will incur loss of deposit also due to excess cleaning charges.
Your full deposit will be returned to you on the week after your Wedding where no damage or souveniring has occurred
On all quotes the word draping is used, that is the satin draping over the top of the skirts, this does not include, tablecloths or table skirting Weddings will not be formally booked until the deposit is paid. This will be returned in full if all above conditions are meet.
