Terms & Conditions (SEND)

We will arrive on site at your chosen venue 4 hours prior to your serve time and will need to access a covered area (in case of rain). A preparation table, two tables for the buffet and lighting (evening functions) and access to water should be provided. Please note we do not provide tables, chairs, tablecloths or urns, but we can arrange to hire them for you.

  • As this is buffet style catering we do not individually serve your guests. However for weddings we will serve the bridal table if you wish. Please advise 5 days prior.
  • It is our policy to give you all the food that is left over from your function.
  • Please have left over containers or large snap lock bags on hand for this purpose as we cannot leave our bowls behind.
  • Please phone us 5 DAYS PRIOR to your function to finalise guest numbers and menu details
  • A deposit, as booking confirmation of $2.00 per guest should be forwarded to the address below. Balance of payment is due on or before the day of the function. In the event that a booking is cancelled before 5 days of the function, a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit will be charged. Any cancellation within 5 days of a function will incur the full balance of the booking
  • Payment by cheque to P O Box 441 Deeragun Qld 4818 or alternately can be paid by direct deposit.
  • There is a travel charge to some areas and a 10% levy on Sundays and Public Holidays

A holding deposit of approximately $2.00 per guest (minimum of $60.00) is required to confirm your booking. The account to be paid on the Function date with the Holding deposit deducted.

Staff will arrive Four(4) hours before service…to prepare, cook and serve your buffet.

Please contact us for final guest numbers and details seven (5) days prior to your function.
